Refund policy
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will only be given within a 30 day window. Please make sure you have read the description and looked at the pictures since the information for sizing is in both places. If your item does not fit we can exchange it or if there is something you do not like in our store to exchange we can refund you. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to return the item back to the shop. The item would need to be returned in the same condition as it was sent. If we receive the item damaged it will not be refunded
If the item has been damaged from the shipping carrier we would need a picture of the outside of the box, the packing material, and the item showing the damages. The shipping carrier requires these items in order to submit for a refund.
Refunds for damaged or lost items will only be allowed within a 30 day window from when the item was received or when the item was sent if it was lost. After 30 days there will be no exchanges or refunds.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We can exchange your item if there is another item in our shop of the same like and quality. Exchanges need to be made within 30 days of receipt of the package from the shipping carrier. We would need a picture of the item as it was received to make sure there is no damage to the item in order to exchange it. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping charges to return the item and to send the exchanged item.
